XR Ambassador

Position Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and highly organized XR Ambassadors to help deliver exceptional guest experiences in our state-of-the-art immersive training and simulation environment. This role is less about being a deep technical subject matter expert and more about being a welcoming, capable enabler: someone who helps visitors feel comfortable, manages bookings and flow, and ensures each participant is set up for success when using VR driver training and other XR or PC-based applications.
The XR Ambassador is often the first point of contact for guests and plays an essential role in creating a professional, supportive, and memorable experience. The ideal candidate is calm, personable, tech-comfortable, and enjoys helping people try new technology with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Be aware of the driving journey that young people embark on: enabling safety, mobility and social status.
- Welcome clients, students, and guests in a warm, professional, and approachable manner
- Manage bookings, schedules, and session flow to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation
- Help participants get seated, oriented, and comfortable before beginning VR or PC-based experiences
- Guide users through basic onboarding, including headset fit, controls, and session expectations
- Monitor sessions and provide light support, encouragement, and reassurance as needed
- Reset stations, prepare equipment, and keep the environment clean, organized, and presentation-ready
- Support a range of immersive applications, including VR driver training and other interactive learning experiences
- Troubleshoot minor user-facing issues and escalate technical problems when needed
- Help create an atmosphere of excitement, comfort, and trust around advanced technology
- Represent the organization professionally and help showcase the value of state-of-the-art XR experiences

Driving Instructor Partner
The Driving Instructor Partner is not expected to deliver the XR experience directly. Instead, they act as a trusted advisor and referral partner—helping identify students who would benefit from immersive practice, supporting their learning journey, and extending the value of instruction beyond the vehicle.

- Refer suitable students to our VR and PC-based driver training experiences
- Help learners understand how immersive practice can support real-world driving lessons

Based primarily at our office in Winnipeg, Manitoba, with opportunities to work in Vancouver, British Columbia, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team of developers and business professionals. The primary role of the Business Manager will be to support business and communication efforts with our internal executive team, lead developers, and key clients and partners.
Moreover, the successful candidate will provide crucial support in completing deliverables for taxes, payroll, and bookkeeping processes, assisting in maintaining the financial health of the business and supporting the team. Even if you’re not a tax expert yet, we’re here to support your skills-enhancement. Position Requirements
- Demonstrated experience producing builds out of Unity for multiple platforms, including VR
- Have a clear understanding of game and software development terminology and processes
- Demonstrated ability to creatively adapt to changing requirements and solve bugs
- Exceptional understanding of Unity3D and platform build requirements, both in performance and UI that includes differences in VR and non-VR
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work within a team and can function well independently
